Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation.
- Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors.
- Prepare and process electronic payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end closing.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other finance tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and software proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
