Job Description
- At least 1-2 years of experience as account payables
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Maintaining records of all payment invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Continuously improving the payment process
