Job Description

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as account payables
  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Maintaining records of all payment invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
  • Continuously improving the payment process
