Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Guide and mentor accounts payable assistants in their daily tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and suppliers regarding billing and documentation.
- Conduct reconciliations and aid in the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, with supervisory experience preferred.
