Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our growing team. As an Accounts Payable Team Lead in our onsite Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the accounts payable department.
Your main duties will include managing a team of accounts payable specialists, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, facilitating timely payments to vendors, resolving any payment discrepancies, and providing leadership and guidance to the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in accounts payable, preferably within a BPO environment. You must have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills are also required.
