Job Description
We are seeking a full-time AR & Collections Analyst for a natural stone supply and installation firm. The role includes analyzing AR aging, encoding official receipts and invoices in QuickBooks, monitoring customer accounts, resolving payment issues, conducting collections, assisting treasury with receipts and bank transactions, and occasional site visits.
- Requirements: Accounting graduate, minimum 1 year AR/collections experience; QuickBooks preferred; construction industry experience a plus.
- Desired qualities: honest, customer-focused, strong communicator, team player, proficient in MS Office.
- Compensation & benefits: Php22,00–30,00, health insurance, flextime, work-from-home options; role is based in-person.
