Job Description
- Process refunds to students endorsed by the University Admission team
- Prepare the updated list of new students for the creation of their accounts in the Finance system
- Allocate student’s payments to their accounts in the Finance system
- Ensure that any changes in the Admission system are properly accounted in the Finance system
- Closely collaborate with other departments for any student-related concerns
- Ensure that the operational accounting tasks are performed smoothly
- Proactively identify internal process improvements in the preparation of account reconciliations
- Perform any other operational accounting-related tasks as needed
