Job Description
Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Maintain accounts receivable records for aging, credits, and collections
Perform daily cash management duties and update cash receipt logs
Monitor and collect accounts receivable through phone, email, and mail
Prepare analyses for A/R progress and support accounting and finance teams
Required skills: finance, accounting, time management, QuickBooks proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024
