Job Description

1. Assisting customers/clients in their payment needs;

2. Informing and reminding customers/clients regarding their unpaid obligation;

3. Giving prospective customers/clients information regarding the availability of units and pricing of monthly leasing;

4. Answering questions and concerns of customers/clients regarding their existing accounts;

5. Answering inquiries and concerns of new customers/clients regarding new available projects, units, and lot;

6. Keeping/filing all necessary documents of agents and brokers;

7. Answering inquiries or concerns of brokers and agents regarding the availability of units and lots;

8. Assessing and evaluating prospective customers/clients by preparing the applications for approval, conducting initial interviews, and receiving the requirements;

9. Preparing and updating customers/clients’ ledgers and folders by filing and posting official receipts received from the cashier;

10. Preparing contracts and other important notarial documents;

11. Updating payments through realty accounts and ledgers;

12. Monitoring customers/clients’ statement of account including delinquent, fully-paid, and on an installment basis;

13. Updating inventory of units for lease or house and lots for sale;

14. Visiting units of delinquent tenants/lessees to personally deliver demand letters;

15. Preparing documents showing the approval to transfer and approval to lease;

16. Updating and closing accounts (old and existing accounts);

17. Preparing monthly sales collection report and summary for the department;

18. Prepares a monthly sales report;

19. Performing other duties and responsibilities given by the management.
