Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee all incoming payments and transactions from our clients.
You will be responsible for tracking and recording all accounts receivable transactions, preparing invoices, and verifying the accuracy of billing information. Additionally, you will communicate with clients to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues. Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming payments and invoices
- Verify and reconcile billing information
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues
- Prepare financial reports and statements related to accounts receivable
- Perform regular audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
