Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at DB Schenker. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to clients on a timely basis.
- Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and follow up accordingly.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
