Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities are:
1. Supports the OTC Lead/Manager in the smooth/seamless migration of AR activities from the Division/s to the SSC, including a detailed and complete process documentation of his/her activities and tasks, and assisting in training staff on OTC-AR processes.
2. Responsible for executing/performance the following billing services, in accordance with his/her KPI targets:
- Accounting for AR, including preparation of journal entries covering AR and claims provision;
- Cash Receipts Management
- Preparation of AR reports, such as aging reports
- Monitoring and reconciliation of customer accounts (including customer calls); and AR GL-SL Reconciliation
3. Supports the OTC Manager in the following areas:
- Maintenance of a good working relationship with his/her customers and counterparts.
- Ensuring a sound resiliency plan within his/her area of responsibility, including a working back-up system, and complete and updated process documentations
- Once processes have stabilized in the AR Team, recommend and assist in rolling out continuous improvement initiatives with the operations and processes
- Ensures compliance to internal controls and SOX, the Company’s policies and procedures, and with the accounting principles and standards.

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
