Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection processes within the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts, generating invoices, and following up on late payments.
- Verify discrepancies by reconciling customer accounts.
- Communicate with clients to facilitate payment resolution.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable status.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection procedures.
