Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Accounts Receivable Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable department, ensuring accurate and on-time collection of payments from clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and sending invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolving any payment discrepancies
- Recording and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicating with clients regarding their account status and resolving any issues or questions.
No prior experience is required as we welcome fresh graduates to apply. However, a degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are also essential for this position.
