Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Sr. Executive will handle daily AR Transactions and Billing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and perform closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy in AR transactions and Billing.
- Maintain AR aging and other operational reports.
- Assist in generating monthly AR reports for the client’s Controller.
- Reconcile AR’s GL and SL.
- Analyze variances and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting required, CPA preferred with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
- Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP, detail-oriented.
- Willing to work night shifts and PH Holidays.
- Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Temporary WFH).
