Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Canon. As the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your main responsibility will be managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring the timely collection of payments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and sending out invoices to customers
- Monitoring and following up on overdue accounts
- Processing incoming payments
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Resolving any payment discrepancies or issues
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is strongly preferred.
