Job Description
Location: Makati, Makati City
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments following financial policies.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions and record accounts receivables.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits accurately.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure proper posting of payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and contact clients for payments.
- Generate financial statements and reports on accounts receivable status.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and credit practices.
- Ability to manage financial records and proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer service skills and attention to detail.
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
