Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Management Staff at Fast Logistics Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer invoicing and ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection
- Resolve customer disputes and inquiries related to invoicing and payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and identify any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting or finance, with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Prior experience in accounts receivable management is preferred.
