Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and collecting outstanding payments from clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and sending invoices to customers
- Monitoring and following up on overdue accounts
- Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes
- Recording all transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely payment allocation
To excel in this position, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.
