Job Information

Job Description

A. General Functions:

To ensure the company receives payment for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. To secure Company’s revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving all discrepancies.

B. Specific Functions:

· Ensures the implementation and compliance to Company’s policies and procedures;

· Conducts AR Collection process via Phone call of at least 10 accounts per day;

· Executes on time and accurate details of all payment posting for concerned companies being handled;

· Prepares and updates Open Balance per DSR on a regular basis;

o Daily AR Aging report preparation

· Ensures regular validation of Per Salesman’s Account Jackets to achieve updated AR data;

· Conducts regular monitoring and checking of O.R. series;

· Conducts Invoice checking/review and preparation of SOA;

· Receives, segregates, and safely keeps all delivered Invoices from Warehouse;

· Conducts Inventory recount during month-end inventory per set schedule;

· Prepares timely and accurate submission of all standard and Management required periodic reports;

· Provides effective feedback, analysis, and solutions to support minimizing of cost and maximizing profit;

· Conducts weekly AR reconciliation with the Salesmen;

· Conducts Account visitation/validation whenever necessary;

· Safeguards company property and recommends ideas to improve control that is suitable for the needs of the Company.

· Monitors closely the Accounts Receivable collection/turnover to maintain the liquidity of the Company;

· Implements and monitors proper filing of documents handled by respective personnel for easy tracking and audit authentication;

· Performs other related tasks that may be assigned/required by the immediate head.
