Job Description
Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our dynamic team. This remote position demands a self-directed individual with excellent organizational and analytical skills. You will collaborate closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and maintaining meticulous records.
Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PDT (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST), adhering to Philippine holidays. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are essential.
