Job Description
Join D’PARAGON AA CORP. as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Your main duties will include:
- Processing accounts and incoming payments according to financial policies.
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying and recording accounts receivable data.
- Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconciling accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Resolving clients’ billing issues and discrepancies.
- Sending bill reminders and contacting clients for payments due.
- Generating financial statements and reports on accounts receivable status.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Staff meals provided
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
