Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist I (OTC Collections) is responsible for managing and coordinating the Over The Counter collections process for the company. Key duties include maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, following up on overdue payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Prior experience in accounts receivable or collections is preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the company through efficient OTC collections processes.
