Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding payments.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and resolving any billing discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
