Job Description
Accounts Receivable Specialist/ Office Secretary is a professional who is responsible for collecting payments for the company, utilizing skills in project management, organization and communications. They must ensure that they keep their employer’s assets safe while also making sure those responsible for unpaid bills are contacted immediately. Major Responsibilities includes tracking of payments, making bank deposits and running reports that document profits and losses for organizations. They will also assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
Accounts Receivable Specialist/ Office Secretary duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
- Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
- Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
- Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
- Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders,
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience of at least 1 yr as Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High school diploma

Salary: From Php610.00 per day
