Job Description
An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and tracking all incoming payments for PJ-Trigon Realty Corporation. They ensure that invoices are accurately prepared, processed, and recorded in a timely manner. This includes verifying the accuracy of billing data, resolving any billing discrepancies, and following up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, investigate unpaid invoices, and prepare financial reports. You may also communicate with customers to collect payments, set up payment plans, and address any billing inquiries or concerns.
To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in using accounting software. You should also possess effective communication and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth and timely flow of financial transactions.
