Job Description
We are seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate billing, promptly follow up on overdue balances, and maintain detailed customer records while supporting month-end close activities.
- Requirements: 2+ years AR experience; proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP); advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
