Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records related to customer payments and outstanding invoices. Your main objective will be to ensure timely collection of payments and minimize overdue debts by following up with customers and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing customer invoices and credit memo requests
- Verifying the accuracy of billing data and resolving any discrepancies
- Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports
- Communicating with customers to collect outstanding payments or negotiate payment plans
- Investigating and resolving customer billing issues or disputes
- Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing-related inquiries
- Preparing and distributing regular reports on accounts receivable status
