Job Description
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the process of Trade Receivables to ensure adherence to corporate policies, mitigating risks, and minimizing open items.
- Review and ensure timely and correct registration of transactions posted by AR Analyst.
- Reconciliation of Customer Account Balances.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information required by management to facilitate appropriate decision-making.
- Participate in monthly customer outstanding balance review.
- Review active client aging to address aging concerns and prioritize collection calls.
- Familiarize yourself with operating conditions and credit records of each customer.
- Prepare monthly commission reports for assigned customer accounts and salesmen.
- Review all invoices received, ensuring completeness with supporting documentation.
- Review all submitted CM and DM adjustments, ensuring correctness and complete documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a degree in a Business course related to Accountancy.
- Prior Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Financial positions experience, preferably in the manufacturing and retail industry for 3-4 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team.
- Strong data processing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills, ability to collaborate effectively with other departments, and interact well with customers.
- Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related accounting systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
