Job Description
Join TROYCOR LIGHTING CORPORATION as an Accounts Specialist! Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering high volume customer phone calls
- Replying to customer and account management emails
- Entering and processing orders with high attention to detail
- Managing returns and providing after-sales support
- Collaborating with the account management team
Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interest in residential interior design is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
