Job Description
- Assisting in drafting contracts and legal agreements for land acquisition up to title transfer.
- Conducting legal research for contracts, discussing with clients, third parties, or government agencies.
- Interpreting laws in legal documents for the Company when needed.
- Preparing for cases with clients, third parties, or government agencies.
- Recording, organizing, and storing legal documents.
- Analyzing and summarizing Company documents.
- Ensuring smooth progress with legal duties, documentation, and contract signing.
- Performing general administrative tasks like emails and calls.
