Job Description
Spearheading the market research and analysis, and defining the product and development strategies for projects.
Preparing financial projections to determine the best products and services for new projects.
Monitoring market conditions for proper forecasting and planning.
Enabling optimization with each deal’s selling, location, and profitability.
Recommend the full business case in terms of fit with market strategy, location requirements, commercial idea, configuration of space, and net investment levels.
Conducting proper and comprehensive due diligence of prospective properties for acquisition.
Recommending a ready-negotiated business case for approval by the Head of Business Development.
Presenting Siy Cha Group of Companies in the best way to current and potential business partners.
Prioritizing according to where the most impact is created.
