Job Description
- Processing of documents for titling and transfer of ownership to the Company or to clients/buyers as needed.
- Supervising the process of acquisition and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assisting in drafting contracts and legal agreements as required by the Company.
- Conducting legal research and interpreting laws for drafting agreements.
- Assisting the Legal Department in preparing cases with clients, third parties, or government agencies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
