Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Ad Ops Support Specialist to join our team. As an Ad Ops Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the advertising operations team and ensuring the successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various internal teams to gather assets and specifications for ad campaigns
- Set up and traffic ad campaigns in our ad server and ad management platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving
- Work closely with clients and agencies to provide support and address any concerns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations
- Proficient in ad server platforms such as Google Ad Manager (DFP) and ad management platforms such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
