Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Specialist to join our Events Management/Brand Activations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing financial tasks related to our onsite events and brand activations.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics and ensure all necessary preparations are completed
- Assist in budget management, including creating purchase orders and tracking expenses
- Handle vendor and client communications, providing excellent customer service
- Manage event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payment processing
- Support the team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining files
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and/or accounting
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
