Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for providing efficient support and ensuring success of procurement and logistic activities at MIBSSI.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A. PROCUREMENT
- Canvassing and purchasing items for efficient deployment of security personnel.
- Preparing purchase recommendations and submitting Purchase Orders.
B. WAREHOUSING
- Receiving and recording all deliveries, issuing equipment and supplies.
C. RECORD KEEPING
- Monitoring assets using computer database programs and conducting regular inventory.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics or Warehousing.
- Proficiency in Logistics Software, Microsoft Word & Power Point.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good moral character with sound judgement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Promotion to permanent employee.
Schedule:
- 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
