- With a bachelor’s degree major in office administration, business management, or any related course
- Must be knowledgeable in database management and administration
- Must be able to maintain harmonious relationships with clients and co-workers
- Must be creative and have a good eye for detail
- Must possess a high level of commitment, drive, & energy
- Must have a good command of the English language, both oral and written
- Self-starter, goal and results-oriented, and hardworking
- Must be resourceful and have initiative and common sense
- Must be dedicated, focused, and disciplined
- Must be people-oriented with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization
- Must be able to adapt quickly to any work environment
