Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
- Process reimbursements, payments, liquidation, and other purchasing related tasks.
- Entertain client concern and inquiries.
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Assists in some administrative needs of other departments as needed.
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stocks as necessary.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any four (4) year or any business related course.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- With good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Has the ability to work across teams and across different levels.
- Entertain client concerns and inquiries.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php13,500.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
