Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and Processing Team Documents, Reimbursements, Liquidations
- Prepare Purchase Requests, Process Purchase Orders, Complete payout process until payments
Qualifications:
- Familiarity in Excel, SAP
- Proficiency in Processing Reimbursements, Purchase Request and Orders
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong area
Job Type: Fixed term
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Purchasing Staff: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
