Job Description
Supply chain: Develop and monitor our company’s supply chain strategy. Your goal is to improve productivity and efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality materials, appropriate margins and discounts, inventory levels, and a speedy purchasing process. You must ensure sufficient inventory and an efficient purchasing process and timeline.
Finance and Accounting: Encode all sales transactions, monitor sales performances, expenses, net income, control discounts and operational expenses, prepare sales dashboard, and coordinate with Finance counterparts for P&L reports.
HR and Admin works: Serve as the point person for employee reports, benefits, concerns, and guidelines.
