Job Description
- Coordinates and manages all administrative tasks.
- Monitors the inventory of office supplies.
- Coordinates the facilities services and maintenance.
- Petty cash custodian for the admin.
- Monitors the maintenance and registration of company vehicles.
- Monitors the vehicle fleet card and parking management.
- Responsible for flight bookings.
- Ensures the overall cleanliness of the office.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BSBA or any related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years or more in the position.
- A team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
