Job Description:

1. Handle office tasks such as filing, collating daily reports, checking timekeeping, managing petty cash, and reimbursements.

2. Organize and maintain files and databases confidentially.

3. Manage communications including emails and phone calls.

4. Collate business unit concerns and inquiries.

5. Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree required.

2. Minimum 2 years experience.

3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Honesty and integrity are essential.
