Job Description
· LOCATED PANACAN DAVAO
assist walk-in customers
· timekeeping
· handling of incoming and outgoing calls
· record daily sales, collection and expenses of the branch
· in-charge in inventory (safekeeping, recording and releasing of items, supplies, and materials as requested)
· posting and routing of memorandum from the main office
· filing and encoding of delivery receipts, official receipts, collection receipts, sales invoice, and expenses of the branch
· assist in the day-to-day operations of the company
· coordinate and report to NUBD Main – Branch
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php443.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
