Job Description
- Provides administrative support for efficient office operations.
- Maintains filing systems, answers calls, schedules appointments, and assists clients.
- Manages calendars, drafts documents, updates databases, and prepares meeting agendas.
- Coordinates meeting logistics, operates office equipment, and ensures office supplies are stocked.
- Researches, summarizes information, supports colleagues, and maintains confidentiality.
- Adapts to changing priorities, presents a professional image, and willing to work in Quezon City and Lipa Batangas.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php25,00.00 per month
