Job Description
Coordination with supplier (order, quotation, proposal)
Knowledgeable in processing business permits (e.g., Sanitary, Building, Construction, Permits, FSIC, Zoning, GSIS, LEASING)
Coordination with mall admin about store repair and maintenance
Coordination with in-house contractors
Proper filing of legal admin contracts and documents
Prepared weekly reports for managements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
