Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments with clients
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in preparing reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist in shipping arrangements and client orders
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executives and senior assistants
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and E-commerce platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in any field
● 1-2 years of E-commerce Customer Service experience
● Knowledgeable in social media and E-commerce Platforms
● Experience in handling online queries and emails
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,00.00 per month
