Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
