Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepares quantitative reports / information based on gathering data on the operations to all concerned personnel.
- Ensures proper receiving and releasing of all business documents and correspondences of the stores.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors availability of consumable and inconsumable (fixed asset) supplies and materials being used by the warehouse for operations.
- Purchases / acquires supplies and materials on a monthly basis thru in-house.
- Records and monitors actual supplies and materials consumption on a weekly basis.
- Reports to the Store Manager weekly purchasing activity thru Purchase Order or Petty Cash.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or the Duty Manager.
