Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with stakeholders on repairs and maintenance.
- Monitors and prioritizes stakeholder concerns.
- Manages ticketing system and project deadlines.
- Conducts site visits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinates work permit applications.
- Collects customer feedback and creates reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 year of cross-functional team experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Willing to travel and report onsite in Paranaque City.
