Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support including answering telephones, filing, typing, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Issues work-related requests and coordinates various work activities.
- Coordinates, issues, and modifies work schedules while observing documentation processes.
- Prepares reports for database improvement and attends meetings to maintain working relationships.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course, fresh graduates welcome to apply. Administrative experience is an advantage but not required, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
