Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Office Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Google Meet, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized, self-leadership abilities
  • Values integrity and accountability
  • Minimum 1-year experience required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle administrative needs for personnel and projects
  • Manage monthly allocation requests for samples and promotional materials
  • Prepare, monitor, and account for project budgets
  • Organize documents and appointments
  • Coordinate with personnel for task completion
  • Assist in report preparation for operational efficiency
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
